I saw Liu Yang on Friday. He is teaching wushu here in HK. I went to workout twice so far at his class... my legs really hurt! 2.5 years of no wushu is bad!

Hi LiJing! Thank you for adding me as your friend. I am a beginning Wushu student in Concord, CA at Wong's Martial Arts Academy. My body style is more suited toward Nanquan but I am open to learning anything! I'm 46 years old and I'm trying to get back into shape. I love Wushu!

I was thinking about my website and the fact that your a sifu. You were trying to become famuos for acttress purposes instead of a stunt women. I didn't see you in rush our 3 but now I just wan't you to know that I believe that what your interested in is the easiest to make you pay attention to it. But focusing isn't that simple. I am trying to piece together discipline( which I think has more to do with restraint with guidence with interest and what you already understand about your own personality better know as self-awareness.(self-understanding.) I hang around a lot of monk personality people and I decided that I would help people that don't know how to focus... well to learn. I see now that what I am doing is teaching people how to focus thier minds. I will let you in on a little positive thing... if you watch your emotions they will according to a lot of people will go away or dissapear. Just like healing your self without seeing a theripist. But you can test it and let me know what you think. 1 example is bumping your arm and then it eventually is gone. But people make such a big deal out of it when its in the intense or abdomin area because of arguements or getting hurt so you sometimes don't watch as if an inborn instinct. You instently decide well I'm not going to watch that even if my intentions are to. I am trying to help people learn how to watch by letting them realize that when a thought is gone a feeling must also be gone or maybe it was a number of thoughts conected to 1 idea causeing 1 feeling. You might learn something new just by visiting my xanga site. Its based on Attention, Concentration, and Focus. Oasismistcs is my xanga site. any time you wan't just visit.
